I began the The Hopeknots Project in January 2014.
The Hopeknots Project is an art therapy project promoting comfort, hope and connection internationally.
It is about creating a knot of hope for someone to hold on to when they need comfort and receiving your own hopeknot from someone else to use when you need comfort. It is an exchange of hope, an offering of comfort and a connection to others who feel as you do sometimes - in need of hope. For more info, click here.
