Sliding Fee Scale
Yes, I offer a sliding scale. Sliding scale fees are based on monthly income and additional factors. Please contact me if you would like information on my sliding scale.
I am committed to making counseling affordable. If you experience a financial hardship during the counseling process, please do not hesitate to ask me about lowering your fee. We all experience hardships from time to time. I will work with you.
Payment
Your fee is due and payable at the time of each session unless prior arrangements have been made. Payments need to be current to ensure continued counseling services. I accept cash, checks and credit cards.
No Surprises Act
Effective January 1, 2022, the No Surprises Act, which Congress passed as part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021, is designed to protect clients from surprise bills for emergency services at out-of-network facilities or for out-of-network providers at in-network facilities, holding them liable only for in-network cost-sharing amounts. The No Surprises Act also enables uninsured clients to receive a good faith estimate of the cost of care. Read more about the No Surprises Act here.
